• Singing Lessons will take place throughout the year and are not limited to term times. There will be breaks in the timetable calendar at Christmas, Easter and Summer but please note that singing lessons will continue throughout the school summer holidays.

• Up to date student contact details must be held on file. Therefore, you must ensure that I am kept aware of any changes. An email address is required for newsletters, notices and lesson notes to be sent to.

​

• Any medical conditions, disabilities or learning difficulties must be stated on the student enrolment form.

​

• I will always try my best to ensure the student is making good progress, however, there are no guarantees of the student achieving a particular skill level. Regular practice is essential.

​

• Lessons can be terminated by either the teacher or student at any time. Students are required to provide 4 weeks notice of termination.

​

• Singing Lessons are to be paid on the 1st of the month, the fee will vary month to month dependent on how many lessons are scheduled for that month.

​

• Lesson fees may be reviewed from time to time, usually annually. A minimum of 30 day notice will be given in writing if lesson fees are to change.​

​

• If you know you cannot attend a lesson, let me know as far in advance as possible, however a minimum of 48 hours notice is required. Rescheduling will be offered in the first instance, but this may not always be possible.

• Cancellation Charges:               

                If more than 48 hours notice is given       -  No Charge

                If less than 48 hours notice is given         -  Charge of the full lesson fee

​

• I sometimes will need to cancel lessons due to other work commitments. In this instance, the lesson may be rescheduled to another day with as much notice as possible. If it is not possible to reschedule then the lesson will cancelled for that week. Any fees paid will be carried forward.

• The student/parent has the right to terminate this contract within 14 days of signing it.

​

• This contract remains in place until written notice of termination is received.

​
